Our assessor training course is aimed at individuals that want to make their mark by assessing the achievements of students completing their learnerships. We’ll cover all the assessor tools and instruments you’ll need to be a qualified assessor in the Skills Development sector.
Being an assessor means that you can contribute to the personal growth of learnership students and improve the workforce of South African businesses. Our assessor training course will teach you how to complete assessments in your area of expertise, implement various assessment methods, understand outcome-based assessments and conduct, review and prepare assessments. This will all be done in a way that is reliable, unbiased and of a high quality.
This qualification will be useful for learners that want to develop assessment strategies, learn assessment skills and apply for assessor jobs.
In order to qualify for this course, it is expected that the learner has no previous assessment experience. However it is expected that the learner has evaluative experience in the area they wish to assess.
