National Certificate: Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices

This qualification is suitable for those that want to enter the field of ODETDP but have little or no previous exposure to Education, Training, and Development. It is also valuable for those who may have been practising within the field, but without formal recognition. We cover communication in an ETD environment, designing and developing learning programmes, conducting facilitation, evaluating facilitation, developing assessment practices, providing support to learners and organisations and conducting skills development facilitation.

This qualification will be useful for learners that want to pursue a career as a:

In order to participate in this qualification it is expected that learners have the following requirements:

• Have expertise in the subject or occupation they intend to provide education and training in

• Hold a FETC qualification or an equivelent
